ROT/RUT
For Swedish citizens, ROT and RUT deductions are also offered abroad up to a total of SEK 75,000 per person per year. Of that sum, a maximum of SEK 50,000 may be ROT deductions.
You, the user, must appear on the invoice with your name and/or social security number or be the person paying the invoice.

Key holding
Keys are kept and visits to your home can be booked on a one-off basis. If there has been a storm or something else has happened, it can feel safe for us to check on your home.
Price: 99 EUR/year + 50 EUR/inspection
